प्रमाणपरीक्षा

Source and correction standard

A practical editorial method for citations, variants, rights, confidence labels and public corrections.

01

GUIDANCE AND ACTION

Identify every claim

For scripture give work, section, verse, recension and edition where possible. Label translation, paraphrase, traditional belief, historical claim, modern advice and original editorial material distinctly.

02

GUIDANCE AND ACTION

Represent variation honestly

Manuscripts, recensions, sectarian canons and oral traditions differ. Do not silently combine verses, invent a universal sequence or call a late text Vedic. Show meaningful variants and explain uncertainty.

03

GUIDANCE AND ACTION

Correct in public

Give every page a correction route. Log material changes with date, reason and reviewer. Remove unsafe, plagiarized or falsely attributed content promptly without erasing the history of the correction.
