Publish the goal, budget, responsible people, selection criteria and complaint route. Screen volunteers working with children or vulnerable adults and separate financial approval from spending.

Measure dignity and outcomes

Count useful outcomes, not only volunteer hours or social-media reach. Ask recipients whether the service was respectful, accessible and worth continuing. Close projects responsibly when they no longer help.
